吉林省家庭农场申请条件？
具体来说，家庭农场申请注册一共需要五个步骤：第一步：申请。符合家庭农场认定条件的农户向家庭农场经营地的所在村（社区）提出申请，并填写和附带以下材料：家庭农场认定申请表、土地承包或土地流转相关证明文件的复印件、家庭农场经营者资格证明和户口本复印件、家庭农场固定从业人员身份证复印件。
第二步：初审。村（社区）对申报材料和申请农户进行初审，对符合条件的家庭农场，在《申请表》上签发意见。
第三步：复审。镇（街道）农村工作部门对申报材料进行复审，提出复审意见，并将材料报送市（县）、区农村工作部门。
第四步：认定。市（县）、区农村工作部门根据上报材料进行认定，对认定合格的家庭农场进行登记、建档，并颁发《家庭农场证书》。
第五步：备案。各市（县）、区农村工作部门对已经认定的家庭农场，报市级农村工作部门备案。
2013年中央一号文件第一次将从事规模经营的专业大户和家庭农场明确为新型农村经营主体的重要组成部分。7月，中国农业银行出台了《中国农业银行专业大户（家庭农场）贷款管理办法（试行）》，规定单户专业大户和家庭农场贷款额度提升到1000万元。
